Automatic painting line with a 3D scanner
CMA automatic painting line
Our CMA automatic painting line uses the anthropomorphic CMA robot model GR-6100, which is a 6-axis machine designed for automatic painting and spraying. This versatile robot can handle liquid and powder paints, perfect for painting a variety of surfaces including wood, metal, plastic and resin applications.
Main advantages:
The special configuration of the wrist allows for 360° rotation in each axis, which guarantees smooth access to every part of the painted elements and increases the flexibility of the system.
Thanks to the advanced recognition system, programming is completely automatic. The elements pass through the SCN-BSLC-8 laser device, which scans and automatically creates programs for the robot.
SCN-BSLC-8 - 3D Laser Recognition:
This device is placed in the area of the loading conveyor and enables 3D scanning of elements placed on the shuttle conveyor.
Scanning includes items of various shapes and sizes. The PC, using dedicated software and initial settings, generates a painting program for the robot.
The area where this device is installed requires low lighting, which facilitates precise scanning.
Our CMA automatic painting line with the GR-6100 anthropomorphic robot is a solution that combines efficiency, precision and automation to ensure the highest painting quality.
